At Mayes Auto Detailing, we take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to deliver a top-notch detailing experience for our clients.
Please note that once a service is fully completed, we do not offer full refunds. We understand that concerns can arise; therefore, if you believe our service did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24hrs of service completion.
In such cases, we will work with you to find an equitable resolution. Options may include a partial refund not to exceed 25%, a discount on future services, or additional complimentary services—at our discretion.
This refund policy applies exclusively to services that have been completed. Once a service is finalized, full refunds will not be issued.
